Our well established graduate scheme, now in its 3^rd successful year provides extensive training in technical and soft skills as well as ongoing coaching. Four graduate recruits are appointed each year and most are quickly promoted to senior positions within the company. Investing in graduates has been pivotal in driving the company forward and attracts more talent to the industry.
